The house on the river, “Casa del Ríu”, owes its name to the river Vinalopó that borders the back of the lovely garden with a swimmingpool, loungechairs, hammocks and an outdoor kitchen. Casa del Ríu is situated in a marvelous garden with swimmingpool. The B&B guest rooms are completely renovated and fully equipped to modern standards. The rural house is surrounded and characterized by tranquility, peace, the splendor of nature and the mystical serenity of Casa del Ríu. In order to preserve peace and tranquility in our Casa del Ríu we welcome adults 18+ and we do not allow your pets to stay with us. Casa del Ríu has four double guest rooms and one triple room, completely renovated and decorated in a style that fits the Spanish life and surroundings of Beneixama. The rooms are adjacent to two beautiful patios in which each has its own private seating. All guest rooms have access to the common areas with loungefacilities, an Honestybar, the breakfast area, the garden with swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen. Each room has its private bathroom. Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast area, the garden or in the patio. We like to take notice of your dietary wishes and most of our products are obtained from the region. Breakfast is included in our prices. The Honestybar in the loungeroom offers you the possibility to have a nice drink and the outdoor kitchen may be used to prepare a light meal. Casa del Ríu is a classic Spanish farmhouse, located next to the Vinalopó river, which is approximately a kilometer away from Beneixama. According to the municipal archives the building was constructed in 1880. Casa del Ríu has been renovated in 2007 respecting its structure and maintaining the Spanish appearance of the ancient finca. Since its renovation it has been destined for tourist use as a Bed & Breakfast accomodation with all the comfort of the 21st century and the charm of an old typical Spanish farmhouse. It is surrounded by a 5000 m2 fenced area where you may enjoy the quietness of the marvellous garden. It shows a large pine forest, a great variety of flowers and plants, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a private parking area. The entire house has heating to comfort you during the winter. Its ancient thick walls keep the guest rooms cool during the summer. The interior decoration includes restored antique furniture, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Casa del Ríu is ideal for nature lovers and to disconnect from your daily routine. Being in the center of the valley and close to the Sierra de Mariola, it is an ideal place to enjoy nature. Tijdens dag 1 dacht ik al, 5 dagen is tekort. Wat is dit een heerlijke plek! Prachtige B&B met een prachtige tuin. Veel vogels, mooie bloemen en heerlijk rustig. The outdoor swimming pool with salted water is open when the weather is appropiate from may till october, the water is heated by the sun.
All the guest rooms and common rooms are non smoking areas, taking nature into consideration smoking is allowed outside.
